The investment process is made in the following manner
• ACG Private Equity maintains regular contacts and strong relationships with the majority of management teams and funds in Europe, together with placement agents in Europe and the U.S. This allows ACG Private Equity to maintain a healthy flow of investment opportunities, and allows it to have privileged access to the best performing management teams.
• ACG Private Equity maintains its geographic diversity in Europe by constantly screening, meeting with and updating in each European country all the private equity teams actively investing in the country or region.
• ACG Private Equity estimates that in its investment universe there are a total of 1200 funds in Europe, or which 300 correspond to its investment criteria.
• For each fund that falls into our investment strategy, a due diligence process is completed.

ACG Private Equity utilizes the following evaluation and analysis methods
• A detailed due diligence questionnaire
• A proprietary analysis grid allows us to give a score to each fund
• An investment memorandum, detailing all information received, reviewed and analyzed
• Direct feedback from the fund managers based on face to face visits and interviews, personal and professional references, feed-back from managers of the underlying portfolio companies in which the funds have invested in previously
