Lorenzo Lorenzotti

Lorenzo has over 14 years of private equity experience.

Starting his career as a US trained attorney, he practiced corporate and securities law in New York. Lorenzo evolved into the private equity industry at Lazard Frères in New York from 1994 until 1998 as Vice President in the principal investments group.

While at Lazard he was responsible for two mezzanine funds and two private equity funds, including responsibility for marketing and capital raising of funds. Lorenzo moved to Rolaco Services in 1998 as Senior Vice President actively managing a portfolio of its European holding company, comprised of alternative investments in funds and direct investments primarily in: buy-out, growth capital, mezzanine, venture capital, hedge, and real estate.

Joining ACG Private Equity in 2005, Lorenzo is a member of the Investment Committee for all fund of funds under management, maintaining relationships with GPs, finding and developing new GP relationships, due diligence, growth opportunities and investor relationships in EU and US.

Lorenzo graduated with a BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University, and has a JD from Pace Law School. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1991.
