Wladimir has over 23 years of Private Equity experience.

He spent 9 years at Dupont International where he held various senior management positions. He left Dupont to co-found Baring Brothers Hambrecht & Quist (BBHQ), a leading US Venture capitalist.

As one of the Senior Partners, he participated in the raising of three private equity Growth Capital and Small to Mid-market Buyout funds (€150 M) dedicated to continental Europe. Between 1986 and 1989 Wladimir was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA).

In 1990, as a Managing Partner, he co-founded Argos-Soditic, a European private equity asset manager, which raised one fund (€100 M) and realized twelve investments in Europe. In 1996, Wladimir joined Apax Partners Finance, the Corporate Finance arm of Apax Partners, as a Managing Partner.

In 2000 he led the spin off of both Apax Partners Finance and from Apax Partners Gestion which set the foundation of ACG Private Equity. Today, he is President of ACG Private Equity.

Wladimir holds a degree in Economics from the University of Paris.
